Hello, I’m Nele

An operator at heart — not just another VA.

I built my career with a focus on international trade and purchasing. Now I bring that same structure and precision to businesses, entrepreneurs and small teams.

I trained as a wholesale & foreign-trade merchant and spent four years as a purchasing and sales assistant at companies like Gebr. Heinemann and DS Produkte — managing orders, invoicing, supplier data, reporting and trade-fair logistics with tools like SAP and Power BI.

Before that, more than ten years in hospitality and a stint as an au pair in New York taught me to stay calm under pressure, anticipate needs, and communicate with anyone — in fluent German and English.

Today, as the founder of NELEVATE LLC, I combine that experience with modern AI tools to give my clients something rare: an assistant who thinks ahead, sweats the details, and genuinely lightens the load.
